Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.
The petitioner has filed the present writ application for grant of 2nd A.C.P. with consequential benefits. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the counter affidavit, submits that respondent- Authority, vide several letters, informed the writ petitioner to submit application in the prescribed format along with original service book for consideration of his case for grant of A.C.P. but the same has not been submitted by the petitioner.

In view of nature of dispute and the stand taken by the State in the counter affidavit, petitioner is permitted to file representation along with necessary documents before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9657 of 2017(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 District Programme Officer, Establishment, East Champaran at Motihari, within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the District Programme Officer, Establishment, East Champaran at Motihari shall decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation. 5.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application is disposed.
