1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. The prayer of the petitioner is for enquiry from an independent agency regarding the functioning and happenings of the Goura Kunwar Intermediate College, Raghunathpur, Siwan. He also prayed for his appointment as Principal of the said College. The College, in question, is a private College, being run by the Governing Body.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12439 of 2016(3) dt.06-05-2024 2/2
3. Since the petitioner has prayed for enquiry in the functioning of a private College, run by the Governing Body and has raised his personal claim of appointment as Principal of the College, in question, in my opinion, this writ application is not maintainable against a privately managed College as no statutory violation has been shown by the petitioner.
4. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J.) Prabhakar Anand/- U √
