The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.241 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties who are agnates and nature of injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
