KUMAR) 09-08-2021 This application has been filed for modification in the order dated 13.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 11748 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this modification application, for following reliefs, which reads as follows:

"5. That the police station name is wrongly

Patna High Court MJC No. 1473 of 2021(2) dt.09-08-2021 2/2 typed as Muffasil Police Station Case No.

277 of 2021 instead of Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 277 of 2021 and same will be read as Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 277 of 2021.

6. That the party position as wrongly typed of Respondent No. 7 and 8 which was typed as S.H.O., Muffasil Police Station, DistrictBegusarai instead of S.H.O. Town Police Station, District- Begusarai and similarly Respondent No. 8 wrongly typed as Investigating Officer, Muffasil Police Station Case No. 135 of 2018, DistrictBegusarai instead of Investigating Officer, Town Police Station Begusarai.

7. That the Police Station name in Para No.1 has also wrongly typed as Muffasil Police Station Case No. 277 of 2021 instead of Town Police Station Case No. 277 of 2021."

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer made in para nos. 5, 6 and 7, quoted above, are allowed.

The judgment and order dated 13.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 11748 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

This modification application is allowed.
