The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). That this petition is filed for issuance of writ / writ, order/orders and direction/directions to the respondents in the nature mandamus /certiorari to the respondents authorities for

Patna High Court CWJC No.8686 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 clearance of the encroached govt. land which is a (Gairmajarua Aam) Village Khairi, Mauja-Jatwa, Block-Banjaria, District- East Champaran, the Land which is encroached by respondent No. 7 to 11 is having, Khata -1371, Khesra-44."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Banjariya, District-East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.
