This is an application for quashing the order dated 24.07.2015 passed by the learned Session Judge, Saran at Chapra in Criminal Revision No. 182 of 2015 whereby the learned Session Judge allowed the aforesaid Criminal Revision application filed by opposite party no.2 and set aside the order dated 5.7.2015 & 6.7.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate Saran Chapra in Trial No. 2217 of 2015 arising out of Marhaurha P.S. Case no. 204 of 2011.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main case has been disposed of by the Court below despite a stay order of this Court.
