JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 27-06-2022 After some arguments, Mr. Brij Mohan Kumar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to challenge the order dated 06.08.2018 passed by the licensing authority, cancelling the license of the petitioner in appeal.

Though a long time has elapsed, but considering the circumstances of this case, this Court directs that if an appeal is filed within a period of thirty days by the petitioner, the same shall be entertained by the appellate authority and after affording reasonable opportunity to him, a reasoned order shall be passed.
