2. The present application has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 19.05.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9780 of 2016.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that the order has been complied with and in terms thereof, the dues of the petitioner came to Rs. 41,63,757/- and after making necessary deductions, the net Rs. 27, 88,217/- has been sent to the Treasury for being credited in the Bank account of the petitioner on 18.09.2018 itself. Patna High Court MJC No.2598 of 2017 dt.06-02-2019 2/2 and copies of the relevant documents including such payment have also been brought on record in the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4, copy of which was served on leaned counsel for the petitioner on 01.10.2018. No rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. In such view of the matter, it seems that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

5. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are still dues which remain unpaid.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Jehanabad with regard to any remaining payment. If the same is filed within four weeks from today, the District Education Officer, Jehanabad shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order thereon within the next three weeks. If it is found that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks of the passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) P.
