The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914, before the Certificate Officer, East Champaran, Motihari in the ongoing Certificate Case No. 2/Misc/2021-22.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that in case, such an objection is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the Certificate
