The petitioner has impugned the order passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar. Admittedly, revision is maintainable against that order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to avail such remedy. He also refers two judgments of coordinate benches of this Court passed in CWJC No. 21200 of 2021 and CWJC No. 21135 of 2021. In case the petitioner files a revision before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13285 of 2021(3) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 Revisional Authority within two weeks from today, he shall take a decision thereon within four weeks thereof. The petitioner shall be at liberty to cite the aforesaid judgments before the Revisional Authority.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
