The petitioner, a Teacher's Training College is aggrieved by the fact that two representations filed on its behalf on 03.09.2020 and 16.09.2020 have not at all been adverted to. This has put the institute in great jeopardy.

N.C.T.E. had by order dated 21.12.2019 restrained the petitioner/ college for admitting the students for academic year 2020-21. The aforesaid order was ultimately set aside by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1749/2020. In the aforesaid matter, the Mithila University was not a party.

In any view of the matter, now that the petitioner / college has taken admission of the students but the Nodal Agency is not referring the students to the college of the petitioner. Definite disadvantage has been caused to the institute, which has been running for last several years and which has the affiliation of the N.C.T.E.

In that view of the matter, on the petitioner / college making a suitable representation before the Registrar of the Mithila University within a period of three days from today, the same shall be looked into by the Registrar of the Mithila University and a reasoned order shall be passed within a further period of one week positively.
