In the present case, the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected as the disability certificate which he has filed in the year 2012 is not in terms of the policy of the State Government.

Earlier the Civil Surgeon was giving the disability certificate but, after amendment, the Committee has been constituted to examine the disableness and granting certificate and this issue cannot be decided by this Court as to whether the

Patna High Court MJC No.1972 of 2017(4) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 certificate was in terms of the new guideline and its validity. Let the petitioner, if so aggrieved, may take any legal action as is available in law.
