The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that from the Seizure List, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29954 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
