The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 427, 186, 353, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith 17 other named accused persons and 100-150 unknown persons blocked the road raising slogans against the administration and ransacked the vehicles of the police party.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.32264 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh (Patna) in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
