Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 37(a), (b), (c), 56 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

5 liters of country made liquor and some raw material for preparation of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 17.03.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Town
