1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for issuance of writ of mandamus to allow him to work as a Librarian after appointed by the process of appointment.
3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly approached this Court without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, for redressal of his grievance.
4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.11895 of 2016(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
