Mr. Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the informant is present. The State is represented by Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned APP. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Simari P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014 dated 13.07.2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the order dated 26.02.2018 that chargesheet in this case has already been submitted and cognizance also has been taken. Though this petition has been entertained on a number of occasions but considering that this is an old case and investigation has been completed, there would be no occasion for this Court to adjudicate the present petition.
