Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that during pendency of this writ petition, final order has been passed by the confiscating authority in confiscation case no.39 of 2016 arising out of Forest Case No.10 of 2016 as such present writ petition for provisional release of vehicle has become infructuous.

As such, petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedy of appeal against the impugned order passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8230 of 2020 dt.15-11-2021 2/2 Confiscating Authority. Appellate authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal, as the matter remained pending before this Court.
