1. The grievance of the petitioner is that his name has not been forwarded by the recognized Sanskrit School, Purshottam Mahavir Jha Sanskrit Primary -cum- High School, run by the Managing Committee.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the founder teacher of the school, in question, along with other staffs and he has been denied appointment in the school and the Secretary of the Managing Committee of the School has forwarded the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12577 of 2016(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 names of his relatives and other favourites by holding a fake process of interview for appointment of teachers ignoring the claim of the petitioner and others. H further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Board, vide Annexure 9, but the Board has not taken any action in this regard and has approved the names of the persons/teachers appointed by the Managing Committee of the School arbitrarily.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned and taking into consideration the fact that representation of the petitioner (Annexure 9) is pending before the Board, I direct the respondent-Board to look into the matter and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a speaking order after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and other concerned persons in this regard within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
