The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

11.625 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the poultry farm of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and poultry farm does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got
