2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons under a criminal conspiracy committed murder of the husband of informant by gunshot. The alleged occurrence , occurred due

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. As a matter of fact, husband of the informant was killed by some unknown miscreants. None of the witnesses have claimed to have seen this petitioner either committing the crime or near the place of occurrence . Allegation is general and omnibus and no specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner. There is no direct or indirect material on record to show the complicity of petitioner in the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.06.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 25982 of 2025 .
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and other facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
