1. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent-authorities to promote the petitioner in the pay scale of Headmaster as per the Bihar Nationalized Elementary School Teachers Promotion Rules, 2011, from the date his juniors have been promoted.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a judgment of this Hon'ble Court rendered in CWJC No. 15610 of 2018, dated 12.09.2022.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran at Chapra, along with the relevant judgment, within a period of one month from today.

4. If such a representation is filed, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran at Chapra, shall dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed.
