25-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Obra P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the point of pistol, four unknown persons looted cash of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) and mobile phone from the informant and fled away. Name of the petitioner has during course of investigation only on suspicion. No looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
