2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.02.2018 passed by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at present in the Court of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Biharsharif in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points, as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.
