1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 6 of the supplementary counter affidavit, it has been stated that District Education Officer (Establishment) has passed the order on 19.06.2024 granting MACP to the petitioner with effect from 05.10.2011 but actual benefit has not been given to the petitioner on the basis of the order dated 19.06.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is correct that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the MACP has been granted to the petitioner. The consequential monetary benefit shall be given to the petitioner after verification.

4. In view of the fact that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed vide order dated 19.06.024, the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.11651 of 2016(7) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 District Programme Officer, Madhepura, is directed to pay all consequential monetary benefit to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
