====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Informant's minor daughter (name withheld) aged about 15 years slipped from her house on 28.03.2018 at 2.00 P.M. During course of search, he came to know that Prakash Thakur @ Sanjiv Thakur kidnapped her wherein Vinod Thakur (petitioner), Sunita Kumari, Chhutu Thakur and parents of Chhotu Thakur were involved. From statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it is evident that victim has encircled only Prakash Thakur without having appearance of anybody else during the aforesaid event.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Vinod Kumar @ Vinod Thakur, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63717 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with N.T.P.C. P. S. Case No.22 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
