Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 01.08.2019, seeks regular bail in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 dated 02.05.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the serious allegation attributed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of nine months. If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of trial, the petitioner, if so

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41913 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.

Superintendent of Police, Banka, is directed to produce all the prosecution witnesses on the date fixed by the trial Court.
