The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nabinagar (Badem) P. S. Case No.118 of 2018 registered under Sections 452, 307 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering delay of four days in institution of the complaint, which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation pursuant to which the FIR was instituted, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
