From the record it transpires that maintenance of Rs.2500/- per month are due since March, 2017. Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to expedite the matter, so that petitioner of application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. (present opposite party) may start getting the maintenance amount.

If petitioner shall not pay the amount within 60 days from the date of passing of this order, Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to issue process

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.757 of 2017(4) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 directly under Form 18 & 19 of Schedule II of Cr.P.C., 1973 for realization of the said amount.

Accordingly, the present Cr. Revision Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
