The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 233/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Name of this petitioner figured in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Nitish Kumar. Save and except disclosure made by co-accused, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court
