2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 307, 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, four unknown person hired by the named accused person came on two motorcycles and shot the brother of the informant who later on died. It is further alleged that contract killers were hired to kill the brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a third attempt for prayer for regular bail before this Court earlier prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was rejected by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32833 of 2025(4) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 this Court vide order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31302 of 2024 and again he moved before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn on 04.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 20429 of 2025. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2023.

5. On perusal of records, and taking account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that there is no fresh ground for considering the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is once again rejected.
