The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.152 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner and others are accused of committing loot in a gas agency. He is in custody since 12.02.2026 having one criminal antecedent, as stated in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition.

The petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage. Further during the investigation materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
