The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Firoz Ansari is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant in association of the petitioner and other accused persons including Juli Khatoon with intent to perform marriage with her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. She has been falsely implicated in the case. The

No.29815 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has candidly stated that Firoz Ansari had taken her to Jammu after administering some intoxicated substance in sweet meal by Juli Khatoon. Said Juli Khatoon has been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46535 of 2018. Petitioner happens to be lady and she has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) mantreshwar/- U T
