2 The writ petition has been filed challenging the selection of respondent No 6 Rekha Devi as Angan Bari Sevika and respondent No 7 Bindi Devi as Angan Bari Sahayika. 3 Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. It is specifically stated that respondent No 7 is employed elsewhere. It is submitted that she has been working as Angan Bari Sahayika

As regards other irregularities alleged in the process of selection, it is submitted by the State Counsel that the petitioner was not the applicant for the post in question and, as such, the writ petition, at her instance, is not maintainable. 4 It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner was not an applicant for the posts of Angan Bari Sevika or Angan Bari Sahayika in Aladahi Angan Bari Centre, Police Station - Mohania in the district of Kaimur at Bhabhua. 5 In view of the admitted position, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ proceedings. 6 The petitioner's counsel submits that the writ petitioner would avail of the remedies provided under the Guidelines so as to challenge the selection process.

7 The petitioner would be at liberty to do so. 8 The writ petition is devoid of any merit and the same is dismissed.
