The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kanti (Panapur) P.S. Case No.629 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Shyam Sah @ Shyam Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 02.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.21444 of 2021 (Annexure 2). Case No.629 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
