The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021 registered under Sections 467, 468 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42096 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
