2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adapur (Nakardei) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of one country made pistol from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.11.2024 and he is accused in four more cases of similar nature.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30696 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 the learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Adapur (Nakardei) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Palanwa Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
