JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 After some arguments, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the impugned order dated 21.2.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna, rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms licence, before the appellate authority.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, however, with further direction that in case the petitioner files appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same, without being
