JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the prevailing pandemic situation the petitioner could not be made aware of the order dated 12.06.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16387/2020, therefore, he could not surrender and furnish bail bond.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the reasons provided by the petitioner, this court directs that in case the petitioner surrenders and fulfills the condition imposed in the order dated 12.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16387/2020 within two weeks from today, the learned court below shall accept the bail bond of the petitioner.
