The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of enticing the informant's minor daughter and of taking her away somewhere. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim has been recovered and her statement u/S 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded. She has not made any allegation of physical or sexual abuse against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 469 of 2018.
