2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of torturing, ousting and demand of dowry. Petitioner is husband of the complainant. It is

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence.

5. It is jointly submitted that matter has amicably been settled between the parties and O.P. No. 2 is residing with her husband (petitioner). No any grievance remain between them. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

6. Petitioner is directed to keep his wife (O.P. No.

2) with full honour and dignity.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts as also mentioned in Memorandum of Agreement, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gaya
