ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 504, 505/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POSCO Act.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge 1st cum Spl. Judge (POSCO). The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial in view of the serious nature of the offence.
