Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 61 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the tent house of Akhilesh Sharma. Allegation is that petitioner is also involved in the said business. Petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation and material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Keoti Police Station Case No. 83 of 2018, subject to the condition that
