The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for non-payment of salary from May, 2005 to February, 2008.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has worked from May, 2005 to February, 2008 as Panchayat Teacher, but he has not been paid salary for the aforesaid period. Subsequently, the petitioner was terminated.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10778 of 2017(4) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 If the petitioner has worked as Panchayat Teacher w.e.f. 10.05.2005 to February, 2008 then the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad shall cause an enquiry and after verification of record will take appropriate decision provided that the record of working of the petitioner is available with the respondents.
Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
