2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.03.2013 passed by learned Sub Judge X Cum ACJM, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 208 of 2008, whereby and whereunder the Court concerned has framed the charge against the petitioner u/s 407, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner had died.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
