Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that the specific allegation of causing injury to the informant and the deceased by opening fire is against co-accused Manjay Singh and the specific allegation of causing injury to the brother of the informant, namely, Chhatrabali Singh and the mother of the informant by opening fire is against co-accused Vijay Singh, the petitioner, who happens to be the mother of the accused Manjay Singh and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31952 of 2020(3) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 Vijay Singh and against whom there is no specific allegation of assault, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2020.
