Neither petitioner was caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and name of the petitioner came in the statement of Manoj Sah, who was caught with the seized vehicle and the said Manoj Sah disclosed that seized vehicle and contraband items belong to petitioner but in course of investigation, at para-27 of the supplementary case diary the Investigating Officer reported that the aforesaid vehicle stood in the name of Catholic Church, Jehenabad. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33733 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Session Judge, Bettiah in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 90 of 2012.
