The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajoun P.S. Case No.496 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all having armed with different weapons came and began to abuse the informant. On the order of Shramdeo Yadav, Chandan Yadav and Kundan Yadav exploded bomb due to which the informant got grievous injury on his both legs. Raj Kishore also threw bomb and the informant after having received injuries on account of explosion of bomb fell down on the ground.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

The petitioner was working in the bank on the date of occurrence, but it appears that the informant named all the accused persons, who had come to the field of the informant and thereafter on the order of Shramdeo Yadav, Chandan Yadav, Kundan Yadav and Raj Kishore exploded bombs with intention to kill the informant. The informant got injuries on account of explosion of bombs.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
