This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners and the informant side are next door neighbours. Allegation of assaulting the victim is made

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
