This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners and the informant side are next door neighbours. Allegation of assaulting the victim is made

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S.
