2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she being the sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased has no role to play in the killing of the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the relationship of the petitioner with deceased, this

6. Let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2011 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
